Size guide problem

Hello, i’ve a problem with Size Guide.
I need to create some Size Guide for some categories, but if i check child_categories, it don’t show. If i choose category and subcategories, it show one of double size guide.

1) I’ve read all topics in this forum, and deactivated ALL third party plugins, but the problem still show;
2) I’ve read the PHP log, for some PHP error, and the log is “clean”.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate parent theme clear cache, and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permission to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

In every categories i want put the size guide. I need to insert size guide in subcategories:
Donna: (Camicia, Top, Giacca, Vestito, Tuta)
Donna: (Pantalone, Gonne)

If i choose “Donna” category, it show ONE of the double size guide in ALL categories of “Donna”.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website and checked that the products on your website are added in more than one category.

And to display the size guide on all the products you need to assign the size guide to both categories then clear the cache and check back.

Or you can try enabling the size guide for each product by editing it.

Hello, but if i choose “Donna” in both Size Guide, it display ONE of the two Size Guide, not in categories i’ve choosed!

I’ve found the problem: Categories of product.
If i choose “Donna” AND “Maglie”, size guide not display.
If i choose “Maglie” WITHOUT “Donna”, size guide display.

…

But “Maglie” is subcategory of “Donna”… ok.

This is the default behavior that if the products belong to more than one category then the side guide should be enabled for all the categories to display the size guide on all the products.

I have enabled the second size guide for donna and the maglia and the size guide is displayed fine on my end.

If you don’t want to use the categories based size guide display then you can try editing each product and set the size guide accordingly.

And if i choose in the size-guide.php get_terms “product_cat” in “ancestors”?
