Size Guides

Hi There

We have noticed that when you assign a size guide to a category, the size guide only appears if the product belongs to one category. If the product is assigned to multiple categories, the guide does not appear.

https://www.nicci.co.za/shop/clothing/dresses/linen-anglaise-trim-dress/ size guide appears

https://www.nicci.co.za/shop/clothing/dresses/floral-sheering-dress/ size guide does not appear – product is under Sale category as well

Is there any other way to make the guides appear besides editing each product and assigning a size guide?

Hello,

You need to make sure that you have checked your specific product category from the categories list from the size guide.

From the product page you need to make sure that you did not check the hide category option. Also you can check from the below screenshot that I used the product in two categories but the size guide still shown.
