    Hi,

When I updated my theme all the images on the front page under “new products” “most popular products” etc became larger. I think what happened is that the container went wider making the images larger, could that be? When I then go into “Edit with Elementor” It looks fine on that editing page. Any ideas?

Hi and thanks for the reply,

That does not seem to be the issue. It looks more like that the width of the sections seem to go into full width for some reason. But when entering “edit with elementor” everything looks fine. But as soon as I exit elementor, it is looking like this again :/

Thanks for the reply! It’s still not looking as it was before updating. If you go to my wordpress page again and “Edit with elementor” You will see exactly how it was looking before the update, as it still looks fine there for some reason. It is also fine on mobile, it’s only changed in desktop on the page, where the width seems to have expanded.

Sorry for all the posts, but this is affecting all pages for me. You can see in checkout it’s also happening and the buttons are super long due to some issues with this width.

Okay thats strange, i’ve tried clearing cache etc, incognito mode and I always comes up like this. I just dont understand why it seemed to change the width of the pages after updating the theme :/

It’s looking closer to correct there indeed! But, it is looking like this as I put the layout to “boxed” and you can obviously see all the empty space to the sides. It should not look like this. How it was looking was like this but there was no empty space to the sides. You understand what I mean? After the update everything was pushed to 100% full width causing all the content to become insanely large. I uploaded an image to show the difference as I’ve now changed it back to normal. And btw, don’t check it on very small screen or edit since there it looks how it should look.

It should be full width, with boxed containers. If you look at your demo page “Basic” it should be like that one as I’m using that demo page. https://woodmart.xtemos.com/layout-basic/

    Hi,

Nothing has changed that I can notice. I’ve asked several people to check, they notice the same issues as I do. I’ve also tried several computers, browsers etc. No changes.

I’ve uploaded the video that can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zq8jq0f2qSk

There you can see how my page is looking now, and then how it used to look as I had it available as a staging site when I was building it initially. But after updating the theme everything was pushed too 100% width causing all images to become extremely large, as well as buttons and things pushed to the edges. This only applies to desktop, as mobile and tablet seem fine so I don’t understand what can be happening.

    Hello,

Please check the live site now, the site is not showing fullwidth, it is showing fine same as the staging site.

    Best Regards.

Yes, It is looking like boxed containers again. However, there is tons of space to the sides causing the site to not look correct.

On this link you can see how it should look, which is definitely not like the live site is looking no -https://rosinverslun.is/wp/

    Hi,

Thanks for your effort, but it still is not looking right. I’ve managed to fix some of the containers of the front page. However, if you go into any of my menu items, you can see everything there is stretched. What it looks like is that for some reason after updating, the theme has stretched the containers and it’s content for desktop. I have no idea why or how it happened. No matter what I try it still persists. It’s a huge issue as my site is not very user friendly with extremely large images and content is not very easy to explore.

Also an issue as I’ve received several orders and I now can’t really go back to my backup as it will screw up all my stocks and sales numbers.
