I’m afraid we are not able to help you here as well. You are using some plugin for this payment gateway and it is a way it works. Firstly, it redirects you to the Thank you page where it creates a form with the button to pay for that order https://gyazo.com/6d9f23d12bea0e9456913d5e1d9bcd49
But on the checkout page it doesn’t have (and I think it can’t have it there) this form because there is a default “Checkout” button and it can’t be replaced with the form you need.

PayPal function is built in with WooCommerce and that is why may work better than other third-party plugins.
