Skip to continue at the top left corner

Hi, Thanks in advance for your help.
I changed the plugin cache after, how can I say, big problems. Everyone is complaining about WP Rocket, so I took it too.
And after installing and setting it up, the problems arose again. The “Skip to continue” button/text/arrow appears in the upper left corner. Can I ask for help, please? Appears on mobile and desktop. Thank you
