[email protected]ParticipantThis is PRODUCTION website, please help us to fix it asap…Thanks!
July 23, 2025 at 9:08 am #675645
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please update the theme to the latest version first. If it doesn’t help, please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can investigate the issue further.
Kind Regards
July 23, 2025 at 3:38 pm #675817
[email protected]ParticipantWe have updated the theme to the latest version and Deactivate all Plugins, The issue hasn’t been fix!
Can you login our staging website to fix it?
Thanks!July 23, 2025 at 3:47 pm #675823
[email protected]ParticipantI changed to another theme(Storefront)that can display SKU.
July 23, 2025 at 3:57 pm #675826
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, the theme is still outdated and all plugins are turned on. Please update the theme and keep plugins disabled so we can check.
July 23, 2025 at 3:58 pm #675827
[email protected]ParticipantOur staging website info
July 23, 2025 at 4:08 pm #675828
[email protected]ParticipantThis is a variation product, you can see SKU shows N/A
July 23, 2025 at 4:37 pm #675848
[email protected]ParticipantPlease check again! Our staging website updated the theme to the latest version and Deactivate all Plugins.
July 23, 2025 at 4:48 pm #675854
[email protected]ParticipantIt is a PRODUCTION website; we need it to be fixed. Please work on our stating system to troubleshoot the problem. The staging system has been updated to the latest theme version, and all plug-ins have been disabled. You can also do whatever on the Staging system to resolve the issue. Please let us know if you need us to do anything that can help.
July 23, 2025 at 5:56 pm #675874
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
You can fix it by applying patch #
675870
. To do this, go to Basel -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards
July 23, 2025 at 6:18 pm #675878
[email protected]ParticipantYes, this patcher fixed the Staging env. But we didn’t see the patcher show in our PRODUCTION env.
July 23, 2025 at 6:25 pm #675879
[email protected]ParticipantIs that possible that you can apply the patch for us in PRODUCTION env manually on our current Basel version? We have modified some files…fonts…etc. If you can do it, we will upgrade the Basel version later when we feel comfortable.
July 23, 2025 at 6:34 pm #675885
[email protected]ParticipantWhen the user is not logged in, in Staging, it still shows N/A…
July 23, 2025 at 6:42 pm #675887
[email protected]ParticipantCheck this out, the link below
July 24, 2025 at 9:24 am #675927
Artem TemosKeymasterTo apply the patch on production, you need to update the theme to the latest version first. We can’t create a patch fora specific version.
As for the SKU, you need to set it for the parent product as well https://monosnap.com/file/0rxIVkM4psBFO8lrsKocO4167mzQ2F
July 24, 2025 at 4:54 pm #676040
[email protected]ParticipantThanks, we added the parent SKU, it can show the parent SKU,but the variation selection is gone (When there is no Customer login). This might be a new bug introduced by fixing the SKU bug, see the test case in below.
Please use Chrome Incognito mode to simulate no customers login

Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to disable the following option in Theme Settings to fix this https://gyazo.com/aed10065b5898990b278984efba72145
Kind Regards
July 25, 2025 at 2:51 pm #676238
[email protected]ParticipantThanks, confirming the login problem should have been fixed.
Two questions:
1. Can you please tell us which files of PHP, JS, etc have been changed for this patch?
2. How to easily find what files have been customized by us, the end user after deploy the Basel theme? Before we upgrade the theme to the latest version, we need to make sure all our changed/updates/customization need to be recorded, so after upgrading, we can apply them back to the latest theme version.July 25, 2025 at 3:04 pm #676240
[email protected]ParticipantThere is still a problem with logging in to see the price settings.
Previously the user not logged in can see variation selection, but not price. Now they can see the price without login.
The radio button settings should take variation selection out of price+add to the cart. They should not be mixed together, otherwise the customer withou login are seeing the wrong info for the product itself.Do you have any other settings that can workaround the issue?
-settings-
Login to see add to cart and prices
You can restrict shopping functions only for logged in customers.July 28, 2025 at 9:13 am #676482
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
1. The followilg files were changed
woocommerce/content-single-product.php woocommerce/single-product/meta.php js/theme.min.js js/functions.js js/functions.min.js
2. There is no automatic mechanism to check this.
3. Variations were always hidden when the “Login to see prices” is turned off. We didn’t change anything in this functionality.
Kind Regards
July 28, 2025 at 7:28 pm #676684
[email protected]ParticipantIn old version, when the customer didn’t login, they can see Variations (buttons to select the different colors), but they cannot see the price. That is good! It is the behavior of our current production version. When the users login, they can see price as well as Variations.
It doesn’t make any sense for the guest users not seeing the variations without login.
July 29, 2025 at 9:07 am #676755
Artem TemosKeymasterWe didn’t change anything in this functionality of the theme and it is the way it always worked. Maybe you had some custom plugin or custom code that implemented this functionality on your website.
July 29, 2025 at 6:45 pm #676908
[email protected]ParticipantOnce we upgrade Basel theme to the latest version in PRODUCTION, can we just copy the following files to PRODUCTION as a patcher?
====
The followilg files were changed
woocommerce/content-single-product.php
woocommerce/single-product/meta.php
js/theme.min.js
js/functions.js
js/functions.min.js
====July 30, 2025 at 9:42 am #676963
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, you can copy these files to apply this patch, but it will work correctly with the latest version of the theme only.
Kind Regards
