SKU problem, how to overcome it

    We have duplicated a product and changed SKU internally but while loading it shows the SKU what we give , once after loaded it shows some other, Please support us and fix this issue

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme. Because the SKU is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    All the third party plugins are still activated on your website. Sorry but you have to deactivate all the third party plugins to let us troubleshoot the issue for you.

    If you can’t do it on the live site then create a staging site and provide the login details.

    kindly see my staging website. again from today. morning onwards filter area is alsonot workingalong with sku issue. when i checked my widget everythingis in on.but do no wat happened.pzzzzzzz help me

    Hello,

    I have logged into the staging website and checked by activating the Storefront theme and the issue with the SKU is the same.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. Sorry but we could not help you with this as we could not help with third party issues. You can check after deactivating all the third party plugins.
