As you are using slider revolution on your home page and want to turn off animation on slides. You need to edit the slides of that specific slider one by one and then edit the layers and go to “Animations” option, set “Start” and “Duration” field as nulled or put zero in both the fields and save the changes and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache.
