Slider and elementor issue

Hello
I have 3 issues
first one when I try to edit slides :
in Slides Section -> when I try to edit Base slide 1 with elementor
its showing error ( attached)
second issue :
Appearance -> Customize
showing error (attached)
third issue :
after installing WPML plugin the slider is not showing well in the RTL version

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, enabling the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.

1. Now I see that the Slides can be edited via Elementor – https://prnt.sc/tr8YXKTasLja , https://prnt.sc/QAazg2BsYOQV . Let me know if you have sorted it out.
2. It seems that these https://prnt.sc/YGE6DTN_egWT plugins affect the issue with the Customizer.
3. Currently, it shows 1 slider that you have created for Arabic – https://prnt.sc/kQA1PID40mOh , you can edit the default sliders and just add translations for them here – https://prnt.sc/J8qKLVwxVJPW

1. Here is a video from my end – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/en/7zD6ZY5e , so try to edit the slider again, if you have the same issue, clear the browser cache and let me know if that works for you.
