Slider BUG Not fixing until 7 month

This Bug not fixing last 7 month any update any help for this. Not working anything. In archive page, on slider showing a custom product content description. Please fix it.

U can’t see anyting becouse i changed Custom Slider to Slider Revolution Plugin. It is not about my cache it is about your support system answering 12368612371628 hour later for a problem i have 3 topic about this bug but not solition. U want wait with bug on a Online Store. Your Custom Slider have a big bug please fix it. I send pics. And i am now using Slider Revolution for fix.
