I’d like to confirm if you have an Element that can have this style set for a Slider, or if I need to use the Slider Evolution plugin in your package?

The design shown in your screenshot can be achieved using the Woodmart Slider element directly, without the need for the Slider Revolution plugin.

You can create a slide and make the layout the same in the page page builder like WP Bakery or Elementor.
