    Hi,

As you can see from the attached screenshots, the sliders have smartphone display problems. In particular, the first is seen correctly, while the other 3 are not.
The problem occurs with all tested smartphones: Samsung A51, Samsung A52, Xiaomi MI 9 SE and iPhone XR.
I’ve attached some screenshots showing the problem. The first 2 screenshots show the desktop interface of the first two sliders, while the last two show the first two sliders from smartphone (MI 9 SE).
How can this problem be solved?

Thanks in advance and have a nice day

    Hi,

We have just checked from two different devices, but unfortunately the problem is still not solved.
Any other ideas on what it could be?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    HI,

Unfortunately, in our experience we have to tell you that now we can’t follow your suggestions because deactivating all 3rd party plugins could cause the loss of settings, which at the moment we cannot afford as we will be closed from tomorrow for the summer holidays. At the moment we have found a temporary solution to the problem of the theme by doing some experiment. When we get back we will try to deactivate the 3rd party plugins as you suggested and and we will let you know.

    Have a nice day
