Slider images – fit to display but not cut

Hello!
I want to add a slide at the top of the home page, but I want it to be only the image. I want one image on a computer and another on a phone. However, I don’t want him to cut them – I want them to be exactly as they are.I’m trying but I can’t do it.I want to set and in be only replace the photo for PC and tablet and separately the photo for phones.
