Hung PhamKeymasterHi tarek,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
Please edit Slide > scroll down to Slide settings and you can change background image for mobile devices https://prnt.sc/VPSqnXY3Ca-W
Please read the documentation for more details https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-slider/
In case you are using Revolution Slider, please refer to this article https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/display-different-images-on-different-screen-sizes/
Also, you can use Photoshop to prepare the desired image.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi tarek,
Thanks for details.
I checked your site and mobile background images are loaded. https://ibb.co/RkWQRXV6
Please try to increase the slider height to make it looks better.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi tarek,
Thanks for details.
I checked your site and saw that you are using Custom CSS directly inside the slide, somehow it didn’t load on Safari.
Can you try to move these to Theme Settings > Custom CSS and double check?

tarekParticipantI’ve commented all the custom CSS in theme settings on mobile section and the problem still exists. Please check the issue and tell me what to do because this issue is making the customers sends many messages to me that there is a problem in the website.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi tarek,
Somehow I couldn’t edit the Slides via Elementor, it shows an empty page without any widgets. I also checked Custom CSS under Theme Settings and saw nothing.
Can you try to delete these and re-create?
