Little PandaParticipantHello,
After a recent update to Woodmart theme latest version we have noticed that the appearance of all our slides (except the first slide shown) is out of scale when viewed on a mobile.
Please see the screenshots below showing an example of a slide in the desktop version and a slide in the mobile version (how it looks in elementor and how it actually looks).
Prior to the update the slides were showing the correct scale font in mobile view.
Can you advise as to what may be the issue?
Regards
LP

Little PandaParticipantJust to add… it could possibly be a similar issue to what is reported here:
https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/slider-display-problems-from-smartphones/
The first slide appears correct but the other slides are not correct on mobile view.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
There is a bug in the Elementor plugin and you can read a similar issue on their Github https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/16467
As a workaround, you need to click on the “Preview” button while editing your Slider. And always keep the preview window opened whiled customizing and saving your Slider with Elementor.Kind Regards

Little PandaParticipantHi,
Thank you. Okay so I did this but I also had to regenerate CSS data and sync library in elementor tools to get it looking correct.
All a bit strange but fixed now.

Little PandaParticipantHmmm. The issue seems to come back after a few hours after regenerating the CSS data in elementor. I’ve contacted Elementor to find out if they can advise on the issue.

Thank you for the information, please keep us informed on the Elementor feedback.
As soon as they provide the fix we will also consider adding the same.

Little PandaParticipantWe are still waiting the developer reply but in the meantime we found that if we turn off the ‘Additional Custom Breakpoint’ stable feature in Elementor>General>Features then the issue disappears.
