Slider, logo and image not displaying issue on my website

I purchased and installed the theme, but when I import any demo, the sliders and images do not appear. Also, when I try to customize the site without importing a demo, the changes I make are not reflected on my website.

The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.
Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.
Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.
If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.
If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

I have checked your site and see a theme broken error in Appearance > Themes. A “Broken Themes” message means that some essential files, like style.css I recommend re-downloading the theme from ThemeForest to make sure all files are complete, and then reinstall it.
Then, deactivate all the third-party plugins and import the demo again and check the issue.

yesterday I deleted the themeforest from my site and reinstalled it from themeforest, then activated it again, but the issue was stillk not resolved. is there any setting ı should be aware of while downloading or installing the theme? during the initial setup, ı checked an option like this is not my main website/ for testing purposes could that be the reason? can you check my settings ?
