Slider not shown on Mobile

Hello,

I’ve noticed that the Slider Revolution is not loading on Mobile. Desktop is ok but not on the phone.
Previously was ok, all plugins are updated to the last version.

Then is worst than I thought as yesterday I could see the slider on desktop.

The slider element seems to be loaded correctly but not shown.

I’ve changed the slide for another one, I can see it when logged on WordPress but not in an incognito window

What’s happening? We haven’t change anything on purpose.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues the leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug the issue then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

I did that, and one of the plugins WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration is preventing sliders to load. Now is deactivated and it works ok.

I would appreciate if you know another GA Plugin we could use.

We are Glad that your issue is fixed with our guideline.

Unfortunately Currently I am unable to suggest a plugin, Because we haven’t tested our theme with such a plugin yet. You can try adding any other plugin that better meets your requirement.

And you can test them at your own risk because as I mentioned we haven’t tested such a plugin yet with our theme.
