satishreesareesParticipantHi Hung Pham
Please check the responsiveness of the slider using inspect element and you will understand that when we change the pixel the banner doesn’t resize to fit the pixel area, it just cuts the image as the size gets decreased.
FYI, please check other images in banner on your mobile and you will understand that they’re not responsive.
Check all pixels please.
Sharing video for your reference.

pavel.vutkowParticipantWe have the same problem.
Can you assist us – almost all sliders we use, single products, desktops, and mobile have the same issue. I need to change the new option you apply to fix it. But this is not an option for all 200 products etc.For example – see the attached file the slider on mobile starts from the center.

pavel.vutkowParticipantHere and video!
When you have page scroll and Center mode the loop stops working and the sliders do not work properly.
Can you revert the old configuration and only who needs to enable the new one?

Now I need to check product by product.Regards,

Hung PhamKeymasterHi satishreesarees,
You already set
Background Image
for mobile devices https://prnt.sc/6j2LZ1rgauoo and it worked https://prnt.sc/He3iUsxfPcHSI think you are referring to this cut off content on mobile https://prnt.sc/EmfjIsDi9g77 If so, you can change
Background Size
attribute to mobile devices https://prnt.sc/J74pzLKPRFfW or you should use Photoshop to prepare the desired image on mobile / tablet devices. In order to determine the optimal pixel size, you can consults the documentation of the Slider Revolution, they have good articles related to responsive images, it might helps:
https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/ideal-image-size/
https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/desktop-laptop-tablet-and-phone-size-variants/
@pavel.vutkowI kindly recommend you to submit your own topic, it is easy to follows.

satishreesareesParticipantHi
We have used Photoshop to create banner images for Laptop, Tablet and Mobile. Did you check the responsiveness of the slider in all formats? Check all sliders in all pixels, you will understand that none of the slider is responsive.
Follow the steps below to check:
1. Open website and right click on banner.
2. Click on inspect element
3. On the top header keep the dimensions as responsive.
4. Start adjusting the screen size from Laptop to tablet to mobileYou’ll see that none of the image is responsive: that is none of them resizes to fit the screen area.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi satishreesarees,
Here’s below my answer to your question, hope it clear
The background option for the slide is designed for adding images or a solid color to the slide’s background. Any image set as a slide background will fill the content with the slide depending on the size and aspect ratio of the slide itself, BUT it will never be visible completely and will always be cropped (cover) or have white margins (contain) because the aspect ratio of the image for the background will never match the aspect ratio of the slide itself on all possible devices. It is caused by the image having a fixed aspect ratio (for example 1900×1000) but the slide itself is always responsive and will be stretched by width depending on screen width and stretched by height depending on slide options or content size.
It is very important to understand that the background for the slide is just a background, it can be a simple photo, plain color, gradient, or pattern. But it cannot contain useful information, text, product photos, buttons, etc., because this information should be the CONTENT of the slide, not its BACKGROUND.
If you want to use the image as horizontally scrollable content that will keep its own aspect ratio on all possible devices, then use the
Banner carousel
(https://prnt.sc/kKolIEZGLUBu) widget orImages gallery
widget with the carousel option enabled (https://prnt.sc/TZS2LrCdwckM), but not the slider.Regards,

satishreesareesParticipantBoth Banner carousel and Images gallery are not full width. There are still white spaces in that.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi satishreesarees,
I appreciate your patience.
On the homepage I can see you are still using
Slider
widget instead. Please provide URL of the mentioned page, so I can take a closer look.
