How to fit the phot so it looks clean cut on slider 5 please?

its ok resolved it need to amend the slider settings to the size of my photo 🙂

smaller image its to far across the screen but if i change the banner size the photo goes blurry

You can try to add some padding to the row with your banner. Or change your column’s width that contains your banner.
