Slider problem with images over sized

Hy
I have duplicate one demo slide to test “Retail slide 1 ” and add a diferent image only, but with the same size 1920 by 608 and it stretch the image.
What can possible be wrong?

This happens because the demo slides use a background image, not a regular image element.

For the demo slider:

• The featured image is used only as the background
• All text and buttons are added separately via Elementor

Edit your duplicated slide > Use a plain image only (no text baked into the image) as the background/featured image > Edit the slide content with Elementor > Add your text, buttons, and layout in Elementor the same way as the original demo slide

If you upload an image that already contains text or is added as an image widget, it may stretch depending on the slider’s background/cover settings.

Once you follow the same structure as the demo (background image + Elementor content), the stretching issue should be resolved.
