Slider revolution and wp bakery are nulled and not included with theme

you mentioned on themeforest that two plugins are included but none is genuine we dont get and premium service of that or not even updates..everytime we have to log in here and download the plugin..it look like its nulled plugins

Revolution Slider and Wp-Bakery Page Builder come bundled with our theme but it can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from it’s author or premium sliders content, you can purchase it from codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

we never get updates it affects our website speed and security?

As I mentioned in my previous Reply we always provide you with the latest updates of the Plugins.

Please Go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try and update the plugins.

If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
