greg-9795ParticipantHello, all of the titles on our home/landing pages are not showing correctly on mobile view.
Also when you go on these pages on the live site, it is asking you to log in to the staging2 version of the website, no matter the browser you use / having cleared cache etc. My manager has worked our this is due to lazy loading of the images used in the sliders. How do we change the domain of the lazy loading from our staging site to the live site?
November 23, 2024 at 11:28 am #614929Hello,
1. I did not find any issue with the titles on the homepage in mobile. Can you please share the screenshot of the issue you are seeing on the mobile?
2. No it is not because of the lazyload images, you have enabled the security to access the site from the
.htaccessfile or from any settings from the server. The theme is not responsible for it.Best Regards.

greg-9795ParticipantHi see attatched screen shots, this is showing on my phone, my managers phone, family members phones. We have tried it on several devices and it is showing as per the photos attached, rather than displaying a photo behind the text as on desktop.
The only one that works is care homes.

greg-9795Participantthe lazy load image should point to the domain http://www.elitecontractfurniture.co.uk not staging2 site. Staging2 is intentionally blocked, the site has gone live and all links have updated to www. apart from the lazy load ones

greg-9795ParticipantHi, sadly not it appears to be more broken than before with the images that were previously used as backdrops for the work hotel and care homes that you can see there are now not displaying, with the grid being different sizes when they were the same size.
What has caused this change to the section that was ok?
Are you checking on a mobile device? The banners display fine on my laptop in responsive mode, but then on an actual mobile device they do not show correctly. Perhaps this is where the confusion is coming from?I have designed the pages to be responsive, but not that the site is live, despite showing ok in WordPress responsive mode, they are not showing correctly now the site is live.
Please see photos of the site on mobile now with more sections not displaying correctly.

May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.
