Please make sure that you have enabled bullets from Slider Revolution >> Edit Slider.

I have logged into your website and the slider settings for the arrows don’t load. This is something not related to our theme.

Because the settings for the slider are the plugin functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

Please try recreating the slider then clear the cache and check back.
