Slider Revolution needs original licence now?

Hello,
I have a problem with this plug-in. In a working mode can see my composition of layers – images and text boxes, when I click play, I see all the elements still, but on preview I can only see one element and background. There is some update available, but it is locked, unless I register.
Please help me solve the problem.

Visual Composer and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.
Could you please send us a link where we can see the problem?
