Slider Revolution not working

I am trying to replace the theme slider with the slider revolution. For this I am adding new slider revolution in the starting of the page, as shown in the screenshots below, but after updating the page slider revolution do not displays. Screenshots are attached with.

I have deactivated Autoptimize and EZP Coming Soon Page and slider works. Our theme has the maintenance page built in. You create coming soon page, set the maintenance template and enable the maintenance mode in the Theme Settings.
