Slider Revolution problem

Hi guys,
I am having an issue with my home page sliders view, what happen is when you scroll down the view is not soft like is should be, and if you check my website, the vision when sliding is like pixelated or goes by parts as cut, but not cleanly or soft as it should work.
do you know what’s going on? and how can I figure it out?

Hello,
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
