Slider revolution stuck on preparing data

Hello,

I use slider revolution with your theme and get stuck on preparing data.

I have disabled all plugins and the problem persists. Slider revolution work again when I deactivated your theme. The problem comes from your theme.

How can we fix this problem?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins.

If you still face the issue then Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
