Slider Revolution / Video embed issue

I am using slider revolution simply to embed an mp4 video that is hosted on s3, so if there is a better way to do that please let me know.

Anyways, the slider with the video looks fine, but if you navigate away from the tab viewing that page and then go back to the tab, suddenly the video moves down about 50px. I have the row with the video in it set with a top margin of -64 so that there is not a gap between the header and the video. Seems like this margin changes? Please see attached for screenshots of before and after moving to a new window.

Try to show your video by means of Raw HTML block. I have tested this type of video https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_youtube.asp and it works.
