SLIDER REVOLUTION/WOODMART

Hi,

I need some help. i am using the Slider Revolution 6 slider on the Woodmart theme however i seem to be encountering an issue that i really need to solve as soon as possible.

The slider itself seems to be very blurry on the Safari browser however using any other browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox work perfect.

I have been in touch with Themepunch the developers of the plugin and they have asked me to contact my theme developer for assistance as shown here https://gyazo.com/014e76231ff1c4cfeb3f866af4a3c57e

As mentioned above the slider is only blurry in Safari

The recent Slider Revolution update has this bug. Please upload and activate 6.1.3 plugin version it is stable and works correctly. https://gofile.io/?c=3l1iST As soon as the new version with the fixed bug has been release you would be able to update.

can you please provide another link to version 6.1.3 as the latest version is still not working. This is an issue with the woodmart theme, its conflicting with the plugin.

Please take the recent version of the plugin in your profile of this forum. Slider Revolution has released the update where they have fixed the issue.

I have a licence with them so I got an automatic update however I updated to the latest version today and the error occurred again.

When you update the Slider, the file is taken from our theme folder, take the recent version and replace the current version.

Sorry. I’m rather confused with what you are saying. Can you go into more details with step by step guide for example..

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload, install and activate.

Okay thanks for that however the issue is not resolved.

Last time i had the latest version of Slider Revolution which of course caused an issue with with the slider being blurry on the Safari browser as mentioned previously above in this topic. You said to downgrade to version 6.1.3 which i did and and the issue was resolved.

I have an official licence with Themepunch- Slider revolution where i get automatic updates. I updated the version to Slider Revolution 6.2.2 and the issue still occurs.

As you mentioned previously that Themepunch have now resolved the issue. I followed the steps provided and deactivated/deleted slider revolution from my wordpress application. i then download the following shown here https://gyazo.com/5ba09d1fe979778b6e1e4104dfaca803 on my profile page as requested. I have done everything in my power to resolve the issue.I have even contacted Themepunch and they say i need to contact the theme developer.

I have deactivated all plugins to see if the issue still persists and it does. Please can you help me fix this ASAP please. I have provided the login details to the admin panel in the private area.

Please check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same on the default theme, please contact the Slider Revolution support. Our theme is 100% compatible with the slider, provided the slider is free of bug. We do not support the Slider Revolution. We support WoodMart Theme.
