Slider scripts

Hi there,

I use the Woodmart slider which I am very happy with. However I have 2 questions:

– Does the “distort” animation affect add to page load speed ie is this an extra script which has to load on the page if we choose this option?

– If the slider is set to autoplay, is this an extra script which has to load on the page?

Yes, the distortion effect requires an additional small JS library. The autoplay function doesn’t.

Thanks for the reply. Do either the slide, fade or parallax require an additional CSS file or JS library to load?

Most of these effects need some CSS but just a little. Extra JS is needed for distortion effect only.
