Slider settings missing in admin

Hello, i need help, i now created new WordPress site and i didnt fin Sliders setting in admin. And yes i readed this https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-create-a-slider/ but not helped beacuse is missing. Can you help me please? Thank you.
