    Hello there!
    1. Revolution Slider doesn’t show the full length of the slider I am customizing on the backend. The problem is across all device view, from Desktop to Mobile view. But it shows on the frontend. It’s really stressful guessing where the buttons and texts are and trying to adjust them. Please what do I do to enable full view on Revolution Slider (Backend)?
    Find screenshots attached.

    2. How do I access Revolution Slider Premium features. They are asking for a purchase code, but it came bundled with the theme. Could you give me the purchase code? Thank you

    Best regards

    Hello,

Your slider looks just fine on mobile and desktop in the front end. To see the layers full view in the backend you need to zoom out your screen so you can check all the layers used inside your slider and there is a square box according to different screens which allows you to display a specific section of your slide.

For more guidance you can check the documentation: https://www.themepunch.com/support-center/

Yes, the revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author and wants to use premium plugins template, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

Also currently you are using an older version of theme kindly update the theme and plugins to latest versions.

    Best Regards.

Alright, thanks for the clear explanation. Could you please send me a screenshot of the square box you referred to?
Also, I noticed that if I delete/apply something on the mobile view of the slider, it is automatically deleted/applied on the other views too. Is there remedy for this?

    #158735

    Most Welcome,

Yes you can check the screenshot of that square box shown in slider revolution:

Square box for mobile screens: https://jmp.sh/B5QowNM
Square box for notebook screens: https://jmp.sh/OBiKLBR

Yes, if you delete something like removing a layer, then it obviously applied on other views also because the slide is the same for all the screens.

So you can use a different slider for mobile only so it will not be applied or shown on other screens.

To hide the column on other devices, which contains the slider revolution element. Please view this video tutorial to find out how to do that: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

    Best Regards.

Hi there! Thank you for the response. Please how do I move the square box you mentioned, as I have tried many times to no avail.
And how do I use a different slider for mobile and a different one for other views like you mentioned?

While working on this new site (URL in private content), I noticed that even though I had changed all the default slide images in the slider, a green slide image still shows before and after the main slide images. Please I would like to know how to remove the green background image. Find screenshot attached.

    Hello,

You do not have to move those dotted square boxes. That border is just to realize you that this specific area will show on specific resolution size screen. So you have to adjust your inner layers inside that square boxes accordingly.

If you want to use a different slider for mobile then create two rows and use single column layout. Then add your different sliders in the first and second row.

Then from the column tab “Responsive Designs”. You can hide one slider in mobile and hide the other one for all the other devices except for mobile. For in depth guidance just follow the below documentation: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

For the green slide image, edit your slides and check if there is featured image of green color that you have shown in your screenshot. If there is the green image then simply remove the featured image for that slide and update your slide.

    Best Regards.

I checked that before sending you a message and there is no featured image anywhere. To make it easy for me, could you use screenshots to solve my issue. It will save me the time spent crafting messages. I changed the slider to Jewelry and it’s still the same. There’s a brown color that shows while the slider is loading, just like the green when I mentioned earlier. Please kindly take a look and proffer a solution without all the back and forths. Thank you. Login details in Private content.

    Hello,

I have test your site slider. You can change that brown background color for your slider from the settings of “Jewelry” slider. You need to go to Slider Settings > Layout > Module Background > BG color.

    Screenshot for clarification:

You can change the “New” label color by adding the following custom code in the global Custom CSS area in theme settings >> custom CSS:

    body .product-label.new {
    background-color: red;
    }

I used red color just to set an example for you but you can use any other color.

    Best Regards.

The screenshots were quite helpful. Thank you so much.
Please I would like to put a space on the left and right sides of my slider, so as to be on the same line (equal line) as the category images below it. I set the width to Auto from Slider > Settings > Layout, but it didn’t work. It adjusted automatically hence wasn’t on the same link as the images. I also tried doing it from the Home Page > Design, but still didn’t work. Please how do I make it work? Thank you.
    Find screenshot attached.

    Most Welcome,

Your problem is resolved. I just set sizing to “Auto” for your slider and from your Wp-Bakery row which contain slider, I changed to “Stretched”. You can change the slider size and set any size for different screens from Slider Settings > Layout >> Sizing.

    Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/q4ijH6m
    Result: https://jmp.sh/RwVMa9t

You can adjust the width from the above settings to display your slider in the same line as the category images.

    Best Regards.

Hello, thank you for your help so far. Happy New Year to the team.

Please I would like to use the Price Plan feature with Woocommerce but I can’t seem to know how to connect that. I can see the option to use Product Add to Cart, but I do not know how to make the Pricing Plans Products that users can add to cart and checkout. I can handle the payment gateway integration, so what I want is just to make the Pricing Plans Woocommerce Products. Please find screenshots attached.

I have included my login details in the Private Content area so you can view the backend to understand better. Thank you in anticipation of your great support.

PS: I couldn’t find where to create a new topic so I had to reply this old topic.

    Best regards,

    Bobby

    Most Welcome,

If you want to use Pricing tables in your page, then you have to edit the page with Wp-Bakery page builder and add “Pricing Table” element, then you can add different pricing plans inside it.

There is an option to choose “Add to cart” button from button type.

    Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/QlSenni

You are using an old version of theme and plugins, Kindly update your theme and plugins to the latest version.

    Best Regards.

Thanks for your response, but you misunderstood me. From the screenshots I sent you, you will see that I have already created pricing plans using the Pricing Plan Element on WP Bakery. I have selected the Product Add to Cart for my pricing plans but they still do not get added to cart, so I’m using a custom checkout/payment link, which cannot be tracked by Woocommerce. So what I need help with is to make it possible for the pricing plans I created using WP Bakery to be added to cart. I will appreciate screenshots for guidance, as always. Kindly view my website and log into the admin panel to understand what I mean. Login details had been sent earlier. Thank you for your usual support.

    Most Welcome,

I visited your site and when I click the “Subscribe” button on pricing plan from your home page it redirects me to some payment methods which you integrated because you are using button type as Custom and using this URL “https://paystack.com/pay/kd4sqota8u”

    Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/qJZHf2P

When I select “Add to cart” for your “ENTERPRISE PACKAGE” and select a test product from “Select identificator” option, which I have created in your store from Products >> Add New, then it works just fine.

    Screenshot for clarification: https://jmp.sh/LcPPdEa

While using add to cart option you must have to select a specific product so that from the add to cart button on pricing plan that product will be added to cart.

    Best Regards.
