On the home page of the Italian language version, the menu appears correctly transparent over the slide.

In the English version, however, no, the menu is deatached from the slide, the page-settings are the same…

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
WPML
Switch to the parent theme and check.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
