Slider text margin and loading issue

If you see our main page on site, we habe slider and what bothers me is that slider loads, text loads and just then text moves down by margin-top I set in elemntors HTML block.

How I can make text loads in place imidiatelly?

Please, also check why WP Rocket caching cause problem with autoplay on slider.
Once next slide is ahtoplayed, image does not shows, ot is black, u til it is manually moved.

I think the second problem mentioned comes from lazy load of images.
