Slider with video background responsive options

Hello, I currently have a clients website where the home page slider is a background video. The video that has been set is horizontal which displays great on desktop but my client is not happy how it is cropped on responsive/mobile view.

We also have the same video that was refilmed in vertical format, is there a way we can have the vertical video display for the responsive/mobile view rather than just one set video format for both?
