We are writing regarding an issue with our slideshow. We recently created a new slideshow optimized for mobile, which appears to work well except for one significant issue.
The problem we are facing is that while the first slide displays its image perfectly fine, the images on the other slides either do not display at all or display after a significant delay.
Here are the troubleshooting steps we have taken so far:
– Inserted the image from the first slide onto another slide.
– Duplicated the first slide to isolate the issue to a specific slide.
Unfortunately, neither of these approaches has resolved the problem. While the slideshow sometimes appears to work, testing in incognito mode reveals that the issue persists.
