Slow add to cart

Problem: very slow add to cart 5-10 sec, in variable product 5-7 sec only reaction on button “choose option” and then 5-10 sec on click “Add to cart”.

What can I do so that the reaction to adding an item to the cart is instant?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Test the add-to-cart speed on the shop page for simple products.

Yes, it works faster but still very slow 2 seconds+
It looks like the problem with your hosting server. Even if default theme works faster, 2 seconds is very slow. We recommend you change the hosting.
If you think that it is a problem in our theme, we can provide you with a full refund since we are not able to identify the problem with the theme.

Make sure that your hosting works well with WooCommerce in general https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/
We usually recommend Cloudways, WP Engine, or Bluehost.
