When I do some stuff in the admin panel it takes aroud 5 seconds for the window to load, i contacted my hosting i they tell me to contact you, and sent you these files.
(My website is still bulding)

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
Thanks for checking with a default theme. Since the same slowness happens there too, it points to server configuration or a plugin rather than WoodMart. Unfortunately, we can’t say what caused it.
