It seems to be slow even with the default theme. There are some problems with your database or the server. Some backend sections even can’t be opened like Theme Editor.

The add to cart loading time with our theme is nearly the same as with other themes https://prnt.sc/vxkb0j

hmm, I’m using shared hosting, not even litespeed, maybe i should think about something better for e-commerce sites. Thanks for investigation.
