slow and bugfull woodmart

im facing issues to update things like menus , products .etc its not an wordpress error , i need to update single thing many times to get it reflect on theme . also for menus im using an dropdown menu having bugs like its not adjusting dropdowin showing all as list

1. Make sure that you do not have a cache enabled on the site/server.

2. Please clarify the issue with the dropdown and send some screenshots for a better understanding. Also, send access to the admin panel.
