    Hi guys,

    i have some troubles regarding the WordPress loading speed, especially on the admin dashboard side. I already tried some modification by deactivating all plugins just not WPBackery, SliderRevolution & XTEMOS Post Types Plugin.

    Moreover i did following changes for the apache server config:
    max_execution_time=30000
    max_input_time=60000
    memory_limit=5120M
    PC infos: i7, 18GB RAM
    Is there any other possibility i can try to boost the performance? its really hard to work on the theme if everything is slowly loading. Please help me out here

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for contacting our support center.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Regards

    Thanks for the quick response. It seems to be the issue on the theme. I tried the basic theme for WP and it’s definitely faster than using your theme.
    Maybe I can help out with further information:
    I’m using the child theme now to customize the pages with WPBackery. Therefore I followed your introduction by downloading the demo themes data.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

    I just reinstalled everything new and it seems to work now way better. Just having two basic questions about editing your themes via WPBackery:
    -do you recommend work always on the child theme when it comes to WPbuilder customizations (making sections etc) or should this be done on the basic theme? Im just worried that after an update everything could be messed up.
    -which plugins (not included in your theme) would you recommend to download later on that helps improve maybe perfomance, security etc on the theme in production mode?

    Thanks a lot for the support 🙂

    Hello,

    1. Yes, it would be better to keep your customizations in the child theme only to prevent losing changes after updates.

    2. We recommend you use WP Rocket as the best option for optimization and cache.

    Kind Regards
