Slow web and admin panel

Hi, my web is working very slow including admin panel.
it uses relatively man plugins but all of them are neededfro proper working.

Can you please recommend something or have a look yourself what can be done?
Its actually from the first time web was build.

There are relatively manu plugins but still, admin panel should be fast right?
Can youhave alook maybe we can agree on something and u can speed it up?

As for the admin panel, could you please check the speed with the default WordPress theme to understand if it is caused by WoodMart or not? Also, try to keep all 3rd party plugins turned off.

with different theme it’s faster then with woodmart.

In this case, please, disable all plugins and switch to the default theme. Send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

I installed WP-optimize plugin, and now its a bit better, but anyway, a lot of fonts and css are loading that are not used I think — on the frontend, and backend I dont know.
