Small issue with revolution slider

Hi i just discover tha there is a small bug with theme and revolution slider. I contact them punch but they said me to contact theme author because it is third party sell. in the home page if you access with your mobile you will see that slider not slide with your fingers. i set all setting as must be and like themepunch support advice but nothing. I check your demos and the same. Any advise because it is annoying and not mobile user friendly.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

you can try to disable but i have already done. It is not caused from any conflict because if you try to your main demo you will see the same problem.

It works correctly on our demo website. And it works well on your website too but you have enabled vertical swipe https://prnt.sc/s110jk

no not working, i need vertical and carousel feeling. This option not give to users the sence to slide left and right. I need to use the slide like the other banners bellow.

Could you please record a video how it is working on our demo? And describe in some details how it should work on your website. Have you tried to switch to horizontal swipe?
