Smush pro conflict with Woodmart lazy loading

I am trying to activate Smush Pro lazy loading feature but it conflicts with Woodmart build it lazyloading feature even after deactivating it from theme settings > Performance > LAZY LOADING OPTIONS
I still see that my images have the class “woodmart-lazy-load” even after deactivating the lazyloading feature.

Can you help please? :-/
