Try to add the following custom css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS:

.wd-social-icons .social-tg { order: 2; } /* Telegram first */
.wd-social-icons .social-vk { order: 1; } /* VK second */
.wd-social-icons .social-instagram { order: 3; } /* Instagram third */
/* Add other icons as needed */
