VSParticipantHi,
How can I remove the default social icons from the top bar menu and replace them with links to follow my own social media? Right now the top bar is showing links for Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc. I only want to show Facebook and Instgram. Also, when I click the Facebook icon it uses a “share” option and I want this to be a “follow” option.Secondly, how do I place links to follow my social media in the footer of the page, showing icons?
I went to Theme Settings- Social Profiles- Links to Social Profiles and I deleted all references (including #) to all social media accounts except Facebook and Instagram, which is where I entered my own links to my own accounts. Yet these are not appearing in my top bar menu and I don’t know how to add them to the footer menu.
Also, I want people to be able to follow the accounts (not share them). The following message appears in the theme settings, but I don’t know where or how to change the shortcode:
Configure your [social_buttons] shortcode. You can leave the field empty to remove a particular link. Note that there are two types of social buttons. First one is SHARE buttons [social_buttons type="share"]. It displays icons that share your page on social media. And the second one is FOLLOW buttons [social_buttons type="follow"]. Simply displays links to your social profiles. You can configure both types here.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Configure social links icons settings and select the button type “Follow”.
Then Navigate to Theme Settings > Social Profiles > Links to Social Profiles > add your own profile links.
For the footer Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Check Footer content, If you are using widgets Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the social icons widget in the footer columns area. If you are Using HTML Blocks, simply edit this HTML Block with a page builder and use the social icons widget.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I suggest you create HTML Blocks and use the social icons elements: https://postimg.cc/hQ9Rf7Z7 in the page builder. Then save the changes and publish that HTML block.
Now use the shortcode of a recently created HTML block in your footer column from Appearance >> Widgets.
Here is documentation about HTML Blocks:
