Social Icons in Team Member Element

Hello,
I am using the ‘Team Member’ element in About page. How can I make the social media links in the element open in a new window instead of opening in the same window ? Please have a look & let me know if there is a way.

Sorry to say in these elements there are no options. Please add the social button elements to achieve this.
