Social Icons & Instagram Slider Not Working After Updating Settings

Hello Woodmart Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.
I’m facing two issues on my website that uses the Woodmart theme:

Social Icons Not Redirecting

Even after updating all social media URLs correctly in Theme Settings → Footer → Social Icons, the icons in the footer (Hemp Shoes footer layout) are not opening or redirecting to the respective links.

Links are saved but not working on the frontend.

Instagram Slider Not Connecting

The Instagram slider is not fetching or displaying posts.

I have already tried reconnecting and updating the token, but it still doesn’t load any feed.

I have cleared cache, refreshed the theme settings, and tested in multiple browsers — the issue persists.

Please help resolve these issues at the earliest.

01. I checked your footer and it looks like you are currently using an Extra Menu list with custom text and URLs for your social media links.

This setup will not make the icons clickable by default. To make the social icons redirect correctly, please use the Woodmart Social Icons widget in the footer instead.

02. Please make sure you’ve connected the API correctly in Theme Settings > Api Integration:

If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Social Icons Issue Resolved
We have updated the footer and replaced the extra menu setup with the Woodmart Social Icons widget, and the issue is now fully resolved. The icons are redirecting correctly.

Instagram Slider Still Not Working
We have followed the documentation and added the Instagram API correctly via:
Theme Settings → API Integration,
but the Instagram slider is still not fetching posts on the frontend.

We also deactivated all third-party plugins and tested only with the required theme plugins active. Unfortunately, even after that, the issue persists.

Could you please check from your end?

1. Social Icons Issue:
We have updated the footer section and switched to the Woodmart Social Icons widget as suggested. The links are now functioning correctly, so this part is resolved.

2. Instagram Slider Issue:
We also configured the Instagram API following your documentation under Theme Settings → API Integration. Despite this, the Instagram feed still doesn’t load on the site.

To troubleshoot, we disabled all non-required third-party plugins and tested again, but the problem continues even in that minimal setup.

3. Product Label Placement:
We would like to know how to move or display the product labels on the right side instead of the default position.

Requesting your guidance on the Instagram slider issue and the product label placement.

01. Your issue has been resolved. I have added the Instagram widget on your site and it is showing fine. Check back your site and check the issue .

02. Please add below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS:

    inset-inline-start: auto !important;
    inset-inline-end: 7px !important;
    align-items: flex-end !important;
}

This is the Instagram carousel that is present on in your screenshot. You need to edit the page with Elementor > Edit Instagram widget and configure the settings.
