Social Media Icons and Copyright Icon Not Displaying Correctly

Kindly see attached images. This problem occurs some times. Some times it does not. I have tested in both Firefox and Chrome on both desktop and mobile.
What could be the problem? Plugin conflict?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.
If the problem has disappeared after deactivating plugins, activate one by one checking the icons to detect which plugin causes the problem.
