Social profile links not updating & Instagram API feed not working

Hello,

I’m having two issues with the WoodMart theme:

1. Social profile links are not updating

I changed the Facebook and Instagram URLs under Theme Settings → Social Profiles → Links to social profiles and saved the options. However, the social icons on the website still point to the old/default links. The new URLs are not being reflected on the frontend.

2. Instagram API is connected but the Instagram feed is not working

Under Theme Settings → API Integrations → Instagram API, I successfully connected our Instagram account @eventsnmoreksa, and the system shows “Access token generated.”

However, the Instagram section on the website is still displaying the demo/default images instead of content from our connected Instagram account.

I have already saved the settings, but neither issue is resolved.

Could you please advise how to:

Make the social profile icons use the URLs configured in Theme Settings.
Make the Instagram element/feed display content from the connected Instagram account.

I can provide screenshots and website/admin details if needed.

I have checked your website and found the cause of both issues.

1. Social profile links

The social icons in your footer are currently added using an Elementor Social Icons widget.

Therefore, they are not connected to the social profile links configured under WoodMart Theme Settings.

Please replace this widget with the WoodMart Social Button widget and set its Type to Follow. Then go to:
Theme Settings > Social Profiles > Links to social profiles
and add/update your Facebook and Instagram profile URLs there. The social icons will then use the links configured in Theme Settings.

2. Instagram feed

Your issue has been resolved. The Instagram widget in your footer is currently using Custom Images as its source, which is why it displays the demo images.

Please edit the footer with Elementor, open the Instagram widget, and change the Source Type from Custom Images to API. It will then use the connected Instagram API account and display your Instagram content.
